Grant Smith
Grant formalized Adige Consulting in 2023 after years of informal business consulting.
Grant began his career at financial institutions like UBS and Merrill Lynch. After graduate business school, he worked for Banca Profilo / Spinnaker Investment Fund and later a boutique mergers and acquisitions firm, then at multiple startup companies in operations-based roles. To take a break from being a mercenary capitalist, he pursued his lifelong dream of joining the U.S. military.
Military leadership shapes how Adige works: clear priorities, accountability, and follow-through. Now he brings the lessons from these varied experiences together to help business owners.
He holds undergraduate business degrees from the University of Utah, a graduate degree in corporate finance from SDA Bocconi, and a graduate degree in international relations from American University.
